Hi everybody! Here’s a New Year’s resolution. Start a mortgage BLOG.
This BLOG will explain mortgages in today’s market and help people make good financial decisions. How do you know you are getting the best quote? How do you avoid surprises at the very end of the escrow process? Do you really understand what you are being asked to sign?
My perspective is as a loan officer with the Cobblestone team of CMG Mortgage Services in San Ramon, CA. We serve the needs of homeowners and investors in 40 states. I look forward to sharing my insights and research on the mortgage industry with you.
